Prescribed Review Periods for Building Permit Applications

The approval/refusal decision for Building permit applications having low rise buildings shall be processed to the applicant in 7 workings days and for applications having medium and high rise buildings in 20 working days when available at the department.

Prescribed Review Periods for Completion/Occupancy Applications

The approval/refusal decision for Completion/Occupancy applications shall be processed in 30 working days when available at the department.
