This page is set as default start up page which facilitates the navigation to other pages of Citizen Portal.

The Citizen Portal Home page is accommodated with the following functionalities,

Select Language: Other than English, provided option to select user's regional language.

Know Your Application Status: This allows user to enter Application Number and click search icon to know their application status.

New Application: The logged in user can create new applications using this option. On clicking this icon following window pops up. The new applications for Building Permit, Land Approval, Technical Person Registration etc can be submitted from here.

Dashboard: The Dashboard feature helps user to track the receipt, approval and rejection of building permit application at a glance. The number of application Received, Approved, Rejected etc can be viewed. Click on the hyperlinked count to view the office wise receipt, approval etc.

Service Delivery Procedure: This section provides user with complete understanding on standard operating procedure for building plan approval.

Documents Needed: This section gives the list of Documents needed along with the application.

Message List: Whenever an action is completed against an application, user will receive status update message by email or SMS. This section shows all the messages received by the applicant with date and time.

Alerts: Any action is pending for the user, it will be notified through Alert. This section shows pending alerts.

Quick Links: This section provides quick access to the Technical Person Home, History and Payment History pages.

My Applications: This section shows all the applications saved or submitted by logged in user with their status. This includes Building Permit application and Technical Person Registration application. Click on the view icon to view the Application Summary.
