This option allows Individual user to register as technical person in the AutoMAP system. Any Individual user can register as a technical person in the system, who may belong to below listed categories.
- Architect
- Structural Engineer
- Electrical Engineer
- PH Engineer
- Site Supervisor
There are two types of Technical Person Registration:
- New Registration
- Already Registered in PMC
For new registration, the Individual user can proceed with ‘No’ option if the technical person is not already registered in Patna Municipal Corporation and shall register in the system by making the desired fee payment except Architects having registration from Council of Architecture. After successful submission, this will be verified by the concerned department for approvals or rejections. Prior approvals, the user shall get the Autoplan tool and its license from his/her login only.
For already registered, the Individual user shall select the ‘Yes’ option and shall enter the Registration/COA Number in the desired tab. The system will automatically verify the details provided with available data after validation of one time password(OTP) on the registered mobile number. After successful submission, the user shall get the Autoplan Author tool and its license from his/her login only.
The renewal of the technical person registrations shall also be made by the system with prior verification by the department.
