The AutoMAP portal is established by the Patna Municipal Corporation to provide an entry point to online planning information and allow planning applications for areas under Patna Municipal Corporation.

The AutoMAP portal is a single point web application to apply and get prior approvals for new building plans, revision/existing, renewal/revalidation and occupany permits. This system has many functionalities that eases the work of the applicants. Like,

• Single point web application for all planning applications.
• Notification updates about the applications on the portal as well as via SMS and email.
• To upload the scanned documents to the respective application.
• To pay the fees via online payment modes.
• Assignment of the technical persons and builders to the application in the system itself.
• Drawing pre-check tool for the Technical Persons.
• GIS mapping of the plot in the system.
