What to Submit

Your application must be made up of:

ADD ALL ATTACHMENTS CASE BY CASE

  • The necessary utility file (APZ file)
  • The required supporting documentation
  • The applicable fee.

When applying online, once you have submitted your application in AutoMap, it will automatically be received by the relevant officer at Patna Municipal Corporation and you will receive a receipt for the same. Patna Municipal Corporation needs the APZ format drawings and mandatory supporting documents for successfully processing your application. Please note that online submission of supporting documents may be difficult because of the file size or type. If this is the case, please change the file configuration as per requirement. You may attach a PDF, PNG, TIFF file format for documents scanned. It is suggested to scan B&W documents in appropriate format and resolution only. When you’re applying online, AutoMap will tell you what mandatory documentation you need to provide and allows you to attach the relevant documents.

  • Sale deed (mandatory)
  • Mutation Order (mandatory)
  • Cooperative NOC (mandatory)
  • Land Receipt (mandatory)
  • Ground Rent Receipt (mandatory)
  • Combined Affidavit (mandatory))
  • Affidavit of Litigation (mandatory)
  • Indemnity Bond (mandatory)
  • Ceiling Affidavit (mandatory)
  • Development Agreement
  • Road Widening Affidavit
  • Affidavit for leaving excess Land *
  • NOC from Airport Authority of India
  • NOC from Fire Department
  • NOC from Archaeological Survey of India
  • NOC from Forest Department
  • Shelter fund Payment Receipt
  • Labour Cess Payment Receipt

Currently we need NOCs from other departments and agencies. But we are in the process of integrating the process of obtaining NOC through the same system. Until then you may attach NOC from following departments as the case may be.
